Slaacr is a non-profit effort exploring the realms of imagination and reality through a curated AI image library. Our mission is to render the worlds we could still choose — concretely enough that you can argue with them.

Our vision

Slaacr is more than an image library — it’s a window into the possible futures of our world. We believe in the power of visuals to inspire, provoke thought, and ignite conversations about how today’s actions shape tomorrow’s reality. Through striking imagery, we highlight the dual paths humanity can take: one toward a thriving, sustainable future, and one toward a deteriorating, unsustainable one.

Every image is a considered artifact — paired with its prompt, model notes, and the reasoning behind its composition. The gallery is small by design. Quality of thought over volume of output.

Our collection

Our images span six pillars that represent the spectrum of what we imagine:

  • Sustainability. Innovative practices and technologies promoting a sustainable future.
  • Civilization. Thriving or dystopian societies — urban, rural, or on exoplanets — that reflect our choices at scale.
  • Environmental. The raw, unfiltered state of our natural world and the pressing need for conservation and repair.
  • Fantastical. Imaginative depictions of future civilizations that blend fantasy with reality to inspire and challenge perceptions.
  • Renewable Energy. Solar, wind, fusion, and other clean-energy systems rendered as architecture, not afterthought.
  • Science & Futurism. Biotechnology, quantum computing, deep space — forward-looking scenarios made concrete.

Slaacr images are made available for download under the following terms:

  • Personal use — free. No attribution required. Wallpapers, personal projects, screen savers, reference — go for it.
  • Commercial use — credit required. Credit “Slaacr” and link back to the image’s page. Don’t claim the work as your own.
  • Reselling — not permitted. Images, modifications, or derivatives may not be resold as products or stock.

Slaacr is a non-profit effort. Contributions sustain the platform, fund image generation and curation, and support related charitable efforts in sustainability and environmental conservation.
